What's your height?
-
@Chiwaua well.. no. you can easily take on extra weight, and then use your body as well to get the dumbell up. this way you will also train many other parts of the body
totally isolating one muscle like the way you describe is not ideally for functional strength. also, this guy is training for armwrestling. which is why many of his videoes look very unconventional compared to bodybuilding videoes

@mcvincent91 it is not terrible man it is corect lol:))

@Chiwaua LOL..........your right this guys a weak bitch
-
i sure am no expert in this, but isn't a "bicep curl" supposed to be like, lifting the weights using your bicep muscle ?
what you see here is a guy giving the dumbells a momentum at the start and then lowering his body to make the dumbbell be relative higher, and then jerking his elbow taking away a good third of the actual movement from the lift.
do them slow and without jerking around

@thedarkknight117 = por acaso bíceps serve para luta de braço???????????????

Yea despite what all the trolling kids might say, 50 lb bells arnt light. Even tho you start swinging em at the end, most would faint if they tried it that many times. Good for endurance.

I'm guessing Dante is the resident strongman. lol.
Hes 180...how much does Anthony weigh?
thedarkknight117 1 year ago
@thedarkknight117 Dante's a beast, Anthony weighs the same. Both are similar in size & strength.

@vancouverarm
Yeah no kidding..
Who usually wins when they pull?
thedarkknight117 1 year ago
@thedarkknight117 With a ready go favors Anthony, pulling slow in a toproll - advantage Anthony, pulling slow in a hook - advantage Dante
