Sektor MK9: 37% Meterless 47% 1 bar - BnB

37% with no meter means Sektor almost doesn't have to use meter at all during a match outside of breakers.

It's pretty easy to hit confirm to link into telepunch. I find that performing b2,1 after you hit the ground (after tp) and continuing to hold back to go into b3,4 yields more consistent results.

Off of jump punch it is 40% and 50% - 1 bar and you have more room for error (range, time)
than his popup.

No the missile at the end is not counted, it is just to show that you can pressure some characters afterward and give chip. (Not Raiden of course)

Not sure if this is "new" or not (I would be surprised if it was), I just felt like making the video either way.

This is what I'm using as a BnB, there really isn't a reason to use the popup anymore when you have this as long as you can land it.
