POLICE CHASE/TRAINING EXERCISE ON THE M40 - Roadhawk DC-1

What started with what seemed like a genuine accident (or something), I think it turned out to be a Police training exercise. There were three marked cars ahead of the single Vectra marked car that was holding us back. Ahead the three marked cars were performing the 'box-in' method to try and stop the un-marked car that zoomed up the hard shoulder at the start of the video - he was simulating a stolen car trying to avoid the marked cars. Only held us up for about 5mins, cool to watch.

Please excuse my squeaky windscreen wipers! They don't need replacing, I think I just need to put some more rain repellant on!
