Giving my Tamiya TNX 5.2R a go at hydroplaning. Water depth varied from about 5-10"+ deep. Futuba 2.4ghz system with ABS brakes. Imex Medium StepDawgs on Imex rims. 8 shocks. Heli-header tank and lots of other mods and hop-ups to it. Fun stuff.

  • IS IT WATERPROOF ?????????????

  • @1b1enjamin Yes all the electrical was waterproofed. I used grease and silicone to waterproof it.

This TNX has long been retired and is now hanging up in my garage. I prefer the Baja and my airplanes and helis now. :)

  • Or... I got everything siliconed, greased and waterproofed. Dumbass. Runs like a champ and still does. Thanks for coming out. You keep your Radio Shack rc's on dry land.

  • Dude, where in the description did it say anything about it being a lake? Hydroplaning is hydroplaning. 2" of water or 200' deep. Doesn't matter. It's still hydroplaning. Jeez.
