GM arrested its own customers, refused to sell its product, now begs for handouts.

One GM dude sneered at the $25,000 per EV1 in cash that we offered: "...Wagoner makes that in one day, he doesn't nee your pittance!".

Returning to the scene of GM's crime, where it arrested its own customers instead of selling the EV1 for cash.

The EV1 and S10E share the same drivetrain, and the S10E is still running...no excuse for GM to kill the EV1.

  • If he didn't want to be videod, maybe you should have pixelated his face. Maybe you've set him up for some serious trouble with GM now.

It's not cool if you consider yourself a journalist yet sabotage your secret contacts and secret sources. This guy may never want to be videoed again now. And the sad thing is he obviously has important inside information that could be beneficial to the ultimate cause of gettng the electric cars back on the road. It'd be sad if you kill his desire to help.

  • He was out there at the behest of GM management, not to help us but to try to get rid of us.

  • g'day doug! who was the guy that didn't want to be filmed?

  • Just a GM goon. He stammered something about just being a GM contractor, not being a real GM facility, blah blah blah.

  • How do you know that he's not being honest?

  • He's wearing a GM shirt, and claimed (off camera) to be investigating what we were doing.

  • GM is worse than Area 51, makes you wonder whether they are all aliens.

  • Riiiiiiiiight.

  • If GM had not killed the EV1, the folks that are laid off would just need some retraining to build more EV1's. Then GM would have the sales they now need and would not be asking for a bail-out. Even if GM does get the bail-out, do you actually think they will make EV1s now? If they just keep doing the same as they have been doing, then there is no reason to give them a bail-out, they will just be in the same shape they are in now.
