They should have let that pilot with the minor health trouble keep flying -- he's in better shape than most of those planes!

I am not a pilot, but I love aviation and I have several years' experience in the airline industry. I, too, felt much sorrow for Grigori, but I was touched by the way he handled it. Godspeed, Grigori . . .

This documentary went from incredibly fascinating to heart-wrenchingly sad in like 12 seconds flat. That has to be some kind of record.

That was heartbreaking :( ,he loved his job so much,but what he did at the end was of freeing the bird to fly was so noble...good luck to that great PILOT... :)
