@ivan042 yeah and u can jb with redsnow, but i do not reccomend it at all. Spirit is about to be updated for iphone 4 and ALL iOS devices so just wait for that

you CAN jailbreak with redsn0w!!! it is not completely stable though. by the end of the month im sure there will be a legit JB and most apps in cydia will be optimized for 4.0! hope i answered some questions!

i just downgraded from 4.0 to 3.1.3 and jailbroke (WITH SPIRIT) my ipod touch on itunes 9.2 and worked well
