Isnt a major beauty of Arc System and their fighting games is their almost tierless games? Yea tiers exist here more than GG but tiers still dont matter... still love this game and love makoto. cant want for AC+ online

The game has only just been out, so tier lists should be taken with a pinch of salt at this point. That said, Makoto is DEFINITELY not S/SS tier anymore. She's definitely no vanilla CS Rachel either, so no need to cry.
Fuck, even if she was CS Rachel bad, I'd still main her. Dat irresistible tail.
