  • I was at the 2OT game. . .Crombeen Scores!!!  None better than Dan Kelly-RIP.

  • Great season for them but it was short-lived. They were mediocre for the next couple years then hit bankruptcy as a franchise. Then Demers came in and got a lot out of a lunch pail gang. The net truly great Blues team was probably 1990-91 and they were also upset in the 2nd round.

  • The Blues thought they could beat those New York Islanders.

    They couldn't even make the finals.

  • Because Emile Francis was such a "winner" with the Rangers lol.

    Hey Emile, who wound up winning the cup in 1980-81? you should know LOL!

  • This is great stuff....That was quite a year, it seemed like better things were bound to follow
