On this side of the Atlantic the Portuguese people shared the tears and the suffering of the American people during and after the events of 9/11.
Not even the Devil himself could planned such an atrocity. Using planes wih people inside to destroy buildings, some true wonders of the human spirit like the WTC, also with people inside.
We know what happened five years ago, thousands of TV programs and news reports, millions of words written on books and newspapers gave us the outside and inside of the events.
Visiting New York in 2003 gave me more strenght to begin building a tribute to the city, the victims and also to peace in a changing world.
The tribute is this video, besides the pictures, contains the timeline of that tragic day and all the names of those who left us. For future generations it may become an historic document about the events.
