Good thing it's down then. I'm sure a rape victim would just LOVE to read that on someone's t-shirt.(sarcasm). The sense of humor today is horrible, whose bright idea was it to put that on a shirt.

define "alright". immature? immoral? insane?
probably at least something along those lines, but the same authoritarian philosophy that attempts to justify banning something like this, is the one that others will use to keep gay marriage illegal. i don't want to live under a government that dictates "morality" that doesn't actually have anything to do with people harming other people. (words don't, actions do, correlation is not causation).

exactly, it's not hate speech, and i and many others have laid out the case for why it isn't, only to have my videos one starred, and no counter arguments presented.
there's no reason why this should be banned, correlation is not causation, and it's merely by an arbitrary interpretation of an ambiguous rule that anyone can attempt to say this kind of censorship is justified. it's not. and it is censorship.

As a survivor of rape, I agree with quanyin81 it was hate speech. If you think that wearing something with that sort of derogatory statement on it is alright there is something wrong with you.
