Driving While Black "DWB" (cop vs. cop)

These are the two worst cops in the world, or just another case of DWB. An undercover vice squad cop gets pulled over for a moving violation by a state trooper which eventually leads too four more troopers jumping him and pinning him down. Another case of DWB? what do you think?

@carl22069 actually he was found not guilty for graping his licence. he was also found not guilty for resisting arrest with viloence. he was however found guilty of resisting arrest. i was a air force cop. i know you dont curse at cops. this guy should have kept cool about it. i dont think this is a case of racism, otherwise i think the black cop would have gotten shot. he was armed after all.
