FEDEX SUCKS

When your package needs to get there. They will make sure it gets there even if they have to throw it over 30 feet in the air... Emailed FEDEX to complain and they gave me the run around. Update : To everyone out there. The package was a $ 400.00 phone. Also to make matters worst it wasn't even my home where the package was left at. They took the word of a person in the street who told them that the two houses were the same. They aren't and they should have just left a note I would have been there the next day. SO I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT FEDEX SUCKS....

dam did he just throw the box. FEDEX SUX BIG TIME. I had my down payment check sent to me by them. They deliver it to the wrong dept. it was opened found my $22,000 check on someones desk. Almost lost my job I was so mad. Will never use again.

Fuck Fedex. They are the worst and make absolutely no exceptions if you are screwed in any way, they don't have a refund policy at all.

@criot1124 What a whiner. You don't even know how to write; since you're writing like you text, you make very little sense. Aside from that, you are right--the driver should not have thrown the package. But a HUGE DOG IN THE YARD  probably had a lot to do with his cavalier attitude. As I said in a previous post, he could have refused to deliver it. I would have. You sound like a whiny little brat that does nothing EXCEPT sit in front of a computer or phone all day.
