  • This sounds more like an off-air recording of one of the BBC broadcasts. It's too clean sounding to be from the Hamburg years.

  • @stratocat9999 This is not from BBC...

  • @viceisthename I just did a check, and yes, this is from the BBC 1963. The track, ( exact same recording) appears in it's entirety on the BBC radio program, "The Beatles at the Beeb". The entire track is posted on YouTube elsewhere.

  • @stratocat9999 Nope

  • These guys imitate Justin Beiber haircut

  • @TerrorPalooza O.k., yet according to 'Beatle Legend' Paul composed 'I Saw Her Standing There', when Paul was 14. "She was just seventeen and she'd never been a beauty queen." Just sayin'.

  • This was recorded after Stuart Sutcliffe left the band because that's definitely a young, blossoming McCartney plucking the bass. No, not just the bass, but the bass line he copied from Willie Dixon and later used as the frenetic, propulsive backbone of "I Saw Her Standing There."
