Bin there but after the riot. I was stationed on MCAS Futenma in 71 and went to this place a time or two. I think that it was referred to as "Honk Alley". I mostly drove around the island in a rented car, (I think it was a Cedric) and went to the north end and to Nago. I really enjoyed my time there and never experienced any ill will from the locals. I think that it's great that you returned. I would love to do that just to see if anything is recognizable. Thanks for the vid.
