i would have added a dash of cumin it would have perfumed the whole dish but it's optional. but congrats on the yogurt part. the secret in this dish is making sure it's lebanese (sour) yogurt. great job and God bless.

i love this dish it is soooo yummy, i like to cook the bread in ghee (clarified butter) first it just give that extra ooommmpph very fattening like that but its worth the taste
