looks like it's going in actually.. it's heading to the left side of that crossbar... probably had been a goal but who knows for sure

Well Zednik actually got lucky there. If Niittymäki hadn't saved it, the puck would've hit the post. And Zednik would've been critisized for missing an empty net. Nice save though.

yeah that was awesome. remember the game last year when the entire sabres and ottowa team got in a fight? i was at that game and it was amzing. it was home in buffalo.

i dunno, doesn't matter, i mean why risk it?. Nitty did a good job on that one.

The goal line from this angle is the top bar (crossbar). I have viewed this play so many times from different angles from photos and videos even with a ruler. It would have been a goal no doubt about it. It was a high shot just look the shadow of Nitty you can see it yourself.
