First Time Jumping Out of a Plane

I went down with some friends and tried my hand at skydiving. I told my instructor that I wanted a crazy ride. He kept asking me if I was prone to throwing up and I kept saying no, so he let me have it... Next time I'll just enjoy the fall. It may look at times like I'm not enjoying myself, I was, I just couldn't breathe. He said to give a fist if I wanted him to stop and thumbs up if I was ok. I kept giving thumbs up, but deep inside I wanted to give the fist. I'm glad I stuck it out though! Wow that's cool man. Have any tips for building the courage? I don't typically have a big fear of heights but jumping out of a plane?

As far as building courage... I tried not to think about it. I kept telling myself that these people do this everyday and they know what they're doing. There was a little jolt when the parachute opened, but nothing that hurt. I told my guy I wanted a crazy ride (Since it was my first time and I was paying to video it, I wanted it to be worth watching). If I do it again, I'll probably just jump out and enjoy the ride without all the twists and flips. You should do it.
