I went to see the movie when it premiered in 1956 when I was 6 years old. The special effects are campy compared to today but you have to remember the time. In my opinion the greatest movie of all time with the greatest cast of all time. Everyone was a star in their own right. Who better to play Moses but Charleton Heston. I can't say enough about this classic.

I remember watching this as a kid (I'm 23 now), every time this scene came on, I would run into the Kitchen, grab a broom and imitate what Moses(Charlton Heston) was doing. I wonder if there are any other people my age that did the same thing lol. Great movie, forever will be a timeless classic.
