Creepy Online Dating

I exchanged several emails with this guy I met on OkCupid. He sounded amazing - intelligent, funny, successful, and fun. The week before our would-be first date, he send me several intense "I like you sOoOoO much" emails and began sending texts that made very little sense. I backed out of our date via text message, and he was NOT HAPPY. He sent me over 100 texts in one day (compared to the maybe 7 I sent him) berating me for not wanting to meet him. I sent him an email, explaining that it was nothing personal; I was just feeling smothered. He responded by sending me a huge email, more texts, and this video. Keep in mind that we'd been talking online for maybe a week and had NEVER EVEN MET. He later admitted to being manic, but "not sociopathic." Not medicated either, apparently.

Favorite line, "I've never been dumped before."

Right.
