@coolmartcola because he's fighting Marquez 2 years after they should've had their third fight. Meanwhile Pacquiao could see Marquez slipping, his reflex declining, him getting in some crude wars with Diaz, Casamayor (a figher Pacquiao avoided), and Katsidis. After that, he's asking poor old Marquez to come fight at a ridiculous catchweight where he knows Marquez's reflexes would be even less of a factor.
