History Hunter comic and music trailer

Recently, I finished recording my newest CD, a concept children's album about history and world culture. It is called the "History Hunter". I use the term "hunter" because, while researching for the songs, I felt like I was on a hunt through history as I searched for stories of some of the world's most intriguing people. When I found a person that inspired me, I would write lyrics telling the story of that person's life. I then wrote music to the lyrics using rhythms and melodies from that person's particular culture. When my "hunt" was finally finished, I had recorded songs about 13 people from 13 different cultures. I knew I wanted something visual to go along with the CD, so I called upon my artist friends to help me create the 'History Hunter Comic Book'.
Lyrics from the songs are used as the text for the comic so that the children could visually follow along as they listen to the song.
After countless hours and an amazing global collaborations of 24 artist and musicians from 11 different countries, the HISTORY HUNTER CD and Comic are complete! :) Here are some samples of the music and comic ...enjoy!
