@gearsofwar30000 You don't need a terraformed planet to make a colony. You buy the colony IncrediPak(In this case 7 of them) and use them on each planet.

you can use volcanos to heat up the planet and put atmosphere in them but you can also use an icestorm to make the planet colder. to fully terraform use the staff of life.
