They just don't make music like this anymore :(

Always loved this song, seriously considering naming my daughter this
(no sonogram necessary) I just know----- The first verse says it all <3

An absolute classic from the 70's. I'd swear this was on the short list of dorm room necessities for every college in the United States from 76 to about 79. [That and a Farah Fawcett poster].

@kurtw27 Thank You!

@MusicMike2 We Haven't Lost The Music. Isn't that what Really Matters

@MusicMike2 : Preach!

@lidarman2 : You have misunderstood me! I have music on SEVERAL mediums, I just have a particular fondness for Vinyl. I am ECSTATIC about being able to convert them to MP3! I get the convenience of portability of Flash Drives AND the awesome sound of needle hitting wax at the beginning of each side. That needle sound is your ONLY clue as to the origin of the files. Taking care of vinyl is what I meant by "respecting" your music. E-Bay KILLED my favorite used record store, I miss it!

Gotta love the fantastic drum work !!!....
Your daddy was high the nite he dreamed of you !!!
Got it on vinyl. Mine is in the BEST condition of ANY of my friend's copies of this LP! Played it 4x, made a cassette copy each time. I MISS albums!!! ...AND used record stores. They forced you to RESPECT your music. :)

@sglopez2 ---Very well stated. An MP3 file just isn't the same..........

@sglopez2 Nice and warm comment but this is youtube and the mp3 era. Sounds terrific anyway.
Respecting music requires one simple thing, TASTE. You have good taste. But the vinyl age is gone. Happy you are sentimental but music is about the music, not the medium.

@lidarman2 ---I must disagree. Music is about the experience....and having a personal connection with the medium just makes it all that much better. Listening to an mp3 file is similar to eating a piece of delicious chocolate cake......in the form of a pill.

@MusicMike. I'm shocked that your experience has so much focus on the medium. I guess at the live concerts you are paying more attention to the instruments and sound systems over the the message the artists are trying to convey. I'm sure they would be thrilled to hear this.
If Ansel Adams took a photo and you told him about your thrill in the camera he used and film he chose rather than his eye for the scene, you think he would be impressed?
Make sure you step back a moment.

@lidarman2 --In addition, at a concert.....I really don't care what message the artist is trying to convey. I'm not at a political rally. I'm there to party, have fun, enjoy the tunes, enjoy the laser lights, the flash pots, the smashed guitars, the entire "show' ....and have another beer. I want to be entertained....and that's what I am spending my money for. As a musician, I'm grateful when a listener gets my message (if I'm making one)...but understand that they enjoy being entertained.

@lidarman2 --You've missed the point. The subject is about vinyl and even CD's for that matter.....not concerts or photography. I respect the music just as much, if not more, than you do. I repeat, having the additional connection with the medium (vinyl, LP jacket, liner notes, CD booklet, the smell of old records, a Saturday afternoon exploring at a record store, finding a rare 45 at a garage sale, etc.) and the memories.....makes the music experience all that much better.
