ofcourse the mother knew about it look at all the bruises on kelsey, and she never did anything to help her lovely daughter. ur child should come before any man, ur just as guilty as the stepdad for what happened, on this video theres bruises on kelseys face at 1:45, her sicko mum is holding her and she has bruises on her face at 1:53, she has a bruise on her nose at 1:59 and u can see that shes unhappy and sad looking at 2:02, the mother knew about it, she deserves the same as the stepdad,bitch

open your eyes to the truth Raye ignored 11 red flags that could of saved Kelseys life. The facts show that Raye lied and did nothing but only take Kelsey to the doctors when DHS told her to you must of been reading the wrong facts because freekelsysmom story is twisted and made up to make Raye look so innocent. Thats all

Oh yeah Kelsey's mom really helped her....she left her alone with a man who abused her and then brutally murdered her! Who could have asked for a better mom! Maybe she should have been with her child instead! I think we ought to make her mother of the year! Maybe we could give her more kids so she can go off and leave them with child killers!!
