  • You are correct, it was just a slip of the tongue, trying to talk and film at the same time. A smaller top pulley will give more boost. In fact I have take three more teeth off the top.

    Sorry.

  • Yea I know that, but trying to talk and film and think, ---well anyway

  • Looks and sounds very nice. Credit to you mate.

What size blower an what size heads you usng.

Also which cam you got / Sens to be a good combonation you using.

  • In pearson it sounds so much better! It made 843 HP the first pull with no tuning. It is only building 5# of boost. There is a lot more in it if I need it. It is a 671 blower without liners. The heads are RHS. It has a solid roller cam. around 750" lift I think. It was a year ago when it was put together, and I dont have the info here. Oh by the way- it's a pump gas motor. Have a good day.

  • how come pump gas?you'll never get rego on that with the zoom pipes.oh and you need a smaller gear on the 6/71.nice car though.cheers..

  • Pump gas, to show it can be done. I built the zoomies to be taken apart and install muffs later if I chose to. And yes a smaller pulley makes more boost, I was tring to talk and video and think at the same time- and I screwed up.

  • Its pissing

  • Nice car, i didn't think those carbs would flow enough for that kind of power.

I take it there is a big electric fuel pump on board.

  • Does that thing have gauges in the front??? Near the radiator???

Those outta be handy at a track. This thing ever gonna see a track or road or just have a guy watching a killer gauge pod while hand throttling it after he waxes it at a "drool show" at a town festival?

  • correct me if im wrong but wouldnt a smaller pully give it more boost?

  • thats one of your best but whos counting, great car

  • Dave, what a fantastic car and engine. About the camshaft?? Could you list the specs? Lobe separation, duration @ 50, and lift. When the cam was installed did you install it straight up or retard or advance it? If so how many degrees? I have almost the same goodies for my engine 468. It's amazing how fast 16 K can go into one of these beasts. This will go into my 56 Chevy step side truck with a 4L80e behind it. Oh ya does the engine have a steel damper or vibration damper? Nice job, sweet s

  • Is the car all fiberglass?

  • LOWER!!!!!
