A good friend of mine lives in Culver City, and when I visit him, I make him take me to Canter's! the food is awesome, and you do get to see celebrities now and then. I got to meet Rodney Bingenhiemer on a Sunday late night. He was so nice and sweet. From what a waiter told me, he is there every Sunday night before his gig at KROQ.

I was vacationing last week in LA and we googled late night sushi in LA. We ended up finding a place across the street from canters. We decided not to go in as there was nobody in the sushi restaurant, instead we wandered into canters. We sat down and had one of the best dinners I have ever eaten in my life. Jewish food is my new favorite. We also ran into Ace from Kiss and got autographed canters tee shirts. I will eat here everytime I am down in socal. Great food!

Went there last night. They combine pastrami AND corned beef on rye. Potatoe salad was excellent, and my friends fries & ranch dressing was good.

I will definitely be back!

Been there several times, REALLY good eats! The waitresses are a trip. See a lot of celeb's & semi-seleb's there, like Rodney Bingenhiemer, the Mayor of the Sunset Strip.
