ATL resident funkateer Jerry King along with "The Second Resurrection" are the unsung producers and musicians responsible for the resurgence of Joe Tex of "Ain't Gonna Bump No More" fame.

He wrote in part and produced "I'm Still The Same" backed by the famed Jamstone Records' studio and touring band, "Rockstarr" which catapulted Ms. Lynn's visibility after a lengthy absence. She received a recommended review in "Billboard Magazine" and numerous fanzines. She finished a tour in Tokyo, Japan during that time and in 1999 received honors at the "Rhythm & Blues Foundation, 10th Awards Gala, a program that award groundbreaking artists who received little or no royalties for their works. Ms. Lynn was recently chronicled in "Rollingstone Magazine" as a selectee in a "legends" tour.
