Glad to see nothing major happened. Yeah thats a really nice piece of land you got. Feel fortunate for where you live. Living in Canada's good but the summer's are hot/humid(110+) and the winter is cold/dry(-5 to -20). Every month for prop tax is $350+. 13% tax on anything goods or service you buy. Average of 30% tax on what money you earn. Yeah, its bad. Our landscapes are beautiful though. How's average life there, what do you do for a living and how come you have no islander accent?
