I agree about the self rightious attitude a lot of these TRUTH people have. I agree smoking is bad for you, but some of the claims are pretty far fetched, such as there's 400 or 4000 chemical in cigarette smoke. Sure, there may be on molecule of each chemical but what you breathe outside is much worse!

As much as I support a non-smoking environment, these ads don't seem to grasp the point.

Smokers don't need to be told that smoking causes cancer; you think they don't already know that? The problem with these commercials is that they all try to make out how stupid smokers are, but the reality for these smokers is that 'looking cool' isn't the issue anymore. They're smoking to satisfy a craving, and if you've ever had an addiction before it's a lot harder to stop than most people think.

Actually. People only think it's hard because people tell them it is. I mean yeah I know it's hard but I can only imagine people telling them that is hard can't make it any better and I believe it would increse the toughness of being able to quit dramatically.

Tell you whats the answer. Weed. Never killed anyone, would stmulate the economy, has medical usage, good for making clothes and alot safer than tobacco and not addictive. Theres a priority

Hell, I aint going to "regret" my life, I've seen lots of things, known I've helped people. Last I checked giving yourself Emphysema is not fun! And They're not easy to quit - Do you have Down Syndrome? Or have you lost your brain from smoking?
