Looking good for a NATURAL 19 year old. I first starting training when I was 19, in one year when from 165LBS to 202LBS, at 6FEET 2INCHES and 6% bodyfat!!! I was natural, genetics did ALL the work, but I was never that shereded. Keep up the good work :-)
