About 2.5 hours long. Interviews with leaders and a good number of the race organisers.There's also some 3D map animations courtesy of Tracklogs. It was a good year as the outcome of the championships for both men and women was still in the balance at the final race. Also an incredible performance by Ian Holmes at Coniston. A minute down and in seventh place at the summit of the Old Man he managed to pass everyone on the final descent to achieve his ninth victory on this course.

Great video. I've done 7 marathons and a load of other races. I would'nt mind having a go at a fell race...It looks pretty tough going though.

Before doing a Fell race you might want to try doing some trailraces which are a bit gentler and don't require any navigation. Do a search on lakeland trails.org
