Love the demo, but it's a darn shame all that music is covering up what he's saying. It's distracting, too.

I practice wing chun as a basic format; also jeet kune do, but Bagua zhang is good for flow and power. It doesn't have to be efficiently linear. It allows time to be on-time when it's time to strike, or deflect. Alot of the strikes hit on the 1.5 rythm and it throws off wing chun practitioners. It snakes around certain defenses. It let's me get power gracefully - i'm partially paralyzed from the collar bone down and I'm throwing people over my lap.
