Today's tip: KEEP THE BALL HIGH ON REBOUNDS! Offensive rebounds are a very good opportunity to get a second attempt at scoring, so you want to take full advantage. If you bring the ball down (below head-level) then you open yourself up to having it knocked away by your defender (or the little guys swooping in to snag the ball) and it will take a bit longer to get the ball back up again and get it off. If you keep it HIGH, then they don't have a chance to knock the ball out and you can get it off MUCH QUICKER! Keep it high and less things can go wrong. Keep it HIGH and get the SCORE!!

im going to try out for my jr.high basketball team but im a short 5'4 and compard to them if i hold the ball over my head they could just reach down i repeat down to get the ball anyother tips

@TheMjdancer1 Move with the ball as soon as you get the rebound to get away from the bigger guys.
