{What Could Have Been} Jiraiya and Tsunade AMV Red: Pieces

This is a fan-made pairing couple.
Some alterations and changes
were made by me to make this amv.
This is a non-fictional story of
Jiraiya X Tsunade.

Anime: naruto shippuden episode 126, 127 and 128 were used
Band:Red

Some parts in the anime obviously never happened...but what if it did? what if in the anime Jiraiya and Tsunade confessed there love to each other. What would it have been if Jiraiya survived his battle with pein. We may never know but i was so compelled to make a story of them two and this song spoke out to me the most about them.

As you can see, Tsunade's love for Jiraiya was there but she had never had the chance to tell him she loved him but in my story at the park they told each other there feelings and how he promises her he'll be back for her.
Tsunade says she'll be waiting for him and to come back alive.

As she waits she thinks about all she has lost and a painfull preminission goes through her head of Jiraiya. Jiraiya is seen looking at the village before he leaves and says "Tsunade" as his last words before he leaves the village. After he leaves, she is in a state of despair remembering her brother, her former lover, and Jiraiya.

As we see somewhere else Jiraiya is dying, he sinks into the depths of the ocean as his final thoughts of tsunade pass through his mind. He remembers her saying i love you and smiles as he sinks down into the abyss.

Meanwhile later Tsunade gets the news that he died (during jiraiya's clip). As you see after she walks away from sakura and shikamaru, visions of there first meeting together.

More and more is revealed as we go further into the story as a love that blossomed over time. Tsunade has now lost what was most important in her life.

We know that love will never be for these two but all we know is what could have been.....

This is probably one fo the few times the anime portrayed a scene better than the manga. I was yelling at the screen for them to say something...to say what was so obviously left hanging in the gap between them. GODDAMNIT! MY SHIP!! T__T

@Zephyr16 lol i know right? i did the same thing cuz we can clearly see they wanted to embrace each other. damn kishi there is never any happy endings like in romance in this anime. all triangle, death, betrayal and half ended things. i know this anime isnt suppose to have romance but come on XD i know they say this is for guys like the anime and manga but they like romance too (not the mushy stuff lol) i hear naruto is read more by females so give me somethin >__<

Jiraiya and Minato...Just epic characters. I hope jiraiya get brought back and breaks the curse like itachi has and teams up with naruto again somehow. just devestate the nostalgia ratings

think that they should bring tsunade and jiraya together like this more, Its like it could be a really good story that is missing right now. As many have said like a gap, they only show a few memories and then jiraya dies and its over after 1 episode

They make such borring episodes but miss the most "could be"awesome episodes like this. Thats what makes the creators of naruto "not so perfect at all"

Because they miss things, and its really meaningsfull things. Fighting will allways be there...

waah! that made me cry T__T I think the reason Tsunade couldn't say what she really felt is because she is scared of admitting to herself that she likes someone who is not Dan or because she is too afraid of loving and getting hurt again.. but oh well, I support this ship -- even though Jiraiya is dead! the only way a happy ending would come out is if Jiraiya got miraculously revived or Tsunade dies and they get reunited in death.

great movies, shows, books, can create characters that you can get attached and care about what happens to them. Naruto writers did a great a job at this, while happy ending for two would have been nice personal wouldn't have felt as emotional knowing both wanted to be together but never got the chance.

This may be just a show but I miss Jiraiya. The show isn't right without him, after going back to watch the originals it makes you miss him more. I almost cried.

though Jiraiya is perverted and always jokes a lot. he comes through when you really need him and he is one of the strongest character in Naruto
