I noticed that when I was searching through the specs because I'm thinking about buying one. But what I found for the power supply problem is that it will run longer/more efficiently if the tower itself is plugged into an outlet of its own with a surge protector of course. And for the video card problem you can always go out and by a 50 dollar geforce upgrade at your local geforce retailer.
