  • I don't know about the best, but a 1GB ATI Radeon HD 4850 would be good enough to support anything you'd need.

  • The Elites Give you the Most bang for Your Buck i think. Looked around. couldn't find a computer with as Much Power as My elite for anywhere close to the same price.

  • I noticed that when I was searching through the specs because I'm thinking about buying one. But what I found for the power supply problem is that it will run longer/more efficiently if the tower itself is plugged into an outlet of its own with a surge protector of course. And for the video card problem you can always go out and by a 50 dollar geforce upgrade at your local geforce retailer.
