Howdy Ed,
In my training programs I challenge my students to ask questions. However I tellt them I expect them first to consider their answer, then see if the 'echo' is close to their ending. This is something I find valuable, as if we cannot 'define' something, we can never own it...if you get the drift and I am sure you do! LOL

Ask the questions before you do anything.
What is our impact?
Who are we impacting?
What opportunities do we have now because of the impact created?
What problems have we created?

What about "how do we solve the problems created?"
