Borderlands modded weapons

Me and my friend were going around on Xbox Live when we saw a guy with these weapons, we asked him were he got them and he said he modded them. So we asked him for some and he gave me a bunch so I duplicated some for BM CENA54 and kept some for myself B1A3K W01F

Just thought of something... I lost a duel, and when my shield reset, it was well over 14000 power. Is this permanent, or does it reset when I play that character again?

It does reset whenever you turn off your Xbox or Leave the game
