the front tires aren't even in the water so it doesn't really matter if they float

the back are at changes the center of gravity.

by that logic the rear tires would be trying to float forcing the front end down into the water making it even more difficult to wheelie. flotation and center of gravity have very little to do with any of this, it is mostly fluid dynamics, the water pushing on the skidplate is keeping the front end up much like the way a boat plows water before planing out. I agree it's nothing special but it is a helluva lotta fun
