Rep Duncan Hunter deport illegals and their American born children

The Los Angeles Times reports that, at a tea party rally in the San Diego County city of Ramona , Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-CA) stated that U.S. citizen children of undocumented immigrants should get deported along with their parents to save the state of California money. He made no mention of the pesky 14th Amendment to the Constitution or Title 8 of the United States Code which are quite clear tha More..t anyone born in this country, regardless of parental nationality, is a natural born citizen. Whenever a elected public official advocates a policy which requires a substantial alteration of the Constitution for the purpose of taking rights away from citizens, the best response is to run him out on a rail. I'm sure the Tea Party, defenders of freedom and Constitutional rights will be all over this and mad as hell. (Still waiting......)

Hunter is asked:

QUESTION: Would you support deportation of natural-born American citizens that are the children of illegal aliens?

HUNTER: I would have to, yes. [...] We simply cannot afford what were doing right now. California is going under. How much in debt are we? Twenty billion dollars? [...] And were not being mean, were just saying it takes more than just walking across the border to become an American citizen. Its whats in our souls.

  • @advasquezsr America cannot remain a 1st world nation if it continues to allow an infinite number of 3rd world immigrants. That is a fact. In order to maintain a stable growing economy immigration has to be controlled and regulated just like Japan, China and the rest of the world. What we are doing is supporting leeching off of hardworking citizens and fueling the rise and sustainence of gangs. This is common sense to anyone who understands history and how civilizations form and are maintained.

  • SEND ALL OF THESE UNSANITARY,DISGUSTING,BASTARD BORN,TWO-LEGGED RAT'S HOME NOW!!! PUT UNEMPLOYED AMERICAN PEOPLE BACK TO WORK.....PUT A BOUNTY ON THESE MOTHER FUCKER'S AND TURN US LOOSE TO ROUND THEM UP! IT'LL CLEAN THE SCUM & FILTH OUT OF OUR NATION PLUS PROVIDE INCOME FOR AMERICAN CITIZEN'S!!!! THESE PARASITE'S WOULD HAVE TO CLIMB THROUGH 3 LEVEL'S OF SHIT AND STAND ON THE TIP'S OF THEIR CHEAP ASS SANDAL'S JUST TO SEE THE UNDERSIDE OF A RAT THEY ARE SO FUCKING LOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

fuck you! you don't belong here either america freedom is dying slowly cause of these stupid fucking politician

  • @97DezertSub Wow! What a White Supremacy upbringing you must have had! Its unfortunate that it didn't include logic, reading, or any vision test. The first defense of an uninformed illiterate is to attack those that are smarter than they, using tactics not of reason, but of insults and stupid assumptions. That's been your whole argument. I never used the race card, you did. "Direst"? "Paiz"? The best thing about OUR country is it tolerates inbred imbeciles like yourself. Your country lost WWII.

  • @advasquezsr All you're doing is dodging direst statements and playing the race card. With a last name like Vasquez, you're probly defending your primos and otra piasanos who are taking advantage of my country. And my WE does include US Americans...all you're doing is defending bad behavior. Now, salga mi paiz. Gracias.

  • My point, that you are unfortunately missing, is that any person in the United States is inherently subject to the jurisdiction of the United States. Otherwise, we could not arrest visitors who commit crimes, that being an alien would make you "untouchable". As that is NOT the case, that we do arrest any and all persons and subject them to the jurisdiction of the United States. Thus, any person born here and being here meets the requirements of the 14th Amendment.

  • @advasquezsr Legally the only recourse we actually have to to detain and deport the Illegals and their children and YES even those children born on American soil.

The 14th Amendment clearly states that a person must meet 2 separate requirements for natural born citizen status. (1) Be born on American soil and (2) be subject to the jurisdiction of the United States. If a person fails to meet either of these requirements they CANNOT be given an American citizenship.

  • @James007US I understand your point. Common practice for the last 4 decades or more has given citizenship to all persons born here, regardless of legal status. Until or unless the courts or congress changes it, it will likely remain that way. I looked again, but could not find where a person had to legally enter the country. If you say they are not subject to our laws, how can they be arrested or anything they do be considered "illegal"? Would you have a newborn tossed over the river?

  • @97DezertSub Let me congratulate you on having a superior 5th grader. Too bad they did not inherit it from you. You may want to have DNA test done to determine lineage. "Popping" out a baby is now illegal in your mind? Wow! How proud you must make your friends and family. As it stands, persons born here ARE American citizens. Until and unless the courts or congress change the application, no matter how much you like or hate it, that's the way it is. Your "we" doesn't include "us" or the USA.
