The brother of Mozart`s first Susanna, Nancy Storace, composed this lovely piece, which is from his comic English opera "The Doctor and the Apothecary." He is Stephen Storace, an Anglo-Italian composer that worked in several venues of Europe. Storace studied in Italy and worked in Vienna for sometime while his sister, Nancy Storace developed her career as an opera singer. Both finally settled in London, where Storace`s operas became the most famous works in England during the late 1800s.
I love this piece! It's too bad that so few of Stephen Storace's works survive.

I found them with Google. There was more of it though, I had to remove two lines and replace one word.

How mistaken is the lover,
Who on words builds hopes of bliss!
And fondly thinks we love discover,
If perchance we answer "Yes".
Off the tongue, the heart belying,
Dares not venture on denying;
But, in spite of discontent,
Gives the semblance of consent.
