The Narrator speaks in gaelic;

Cúchulainn awoke in the ForestHis wounds were healedMemories of the beautiful Síog came to him and overwhelmed him, he had left his seed in her womb.He was a Warrior of Ulster.He would free Ulster from Maeves army.He was not immortal howeverMaeve arranged a trap of archers for him.She would have her revenge

Scene 3;

Cúchulainn wakes in the forest.Full of anticipation he looks about for the beautiful SíogBut she has goneHe slumps in melancholy, he knows he will never know a love like that with any mortal woman.he remembers her physical perfection, her viridian splendour, now gone from him and the ache of the separation weighed heavily upon himThen he notices a flower on the forest floor like no other he has ever seenIt smells of the forest, of the earth and of female fertility.He finds a profound comfort in the message.After a time he searches for his weapons.He realises he has been spared and blessed by the Gods and Goddesses, not to indulge in melancholy but to be the hero he was born to be.His blood courses through his veins.He would meet the Witch Queen Maeve and her armies on the fields of battle, his heart was full of joy, the Fates would decide whether Ulster would remain a free provinceCúchulainn would fulfil his destiny which was encoded in his blood.He burst forth from the forest, the Warriors of Connaught thinking him dead where thrown into disarray. Whether in single combat or leading small bands of warriors Cúchulainn drove Maeve back towards her own Kingdom..On the point of victory Cúchulainn held his weapons aloft, the unmistakable crescent shape of his shield striking terror into his opponents.He never saw the arrows that punctured his bodyIn searing pain he sought to remove them only for more to penetrate his body..Maeve on seeing Cúchulainn falling and realising she though she had lost the war, this last battle would be hers was overcome with melancholy, her rage abated.She bade her warriors to cease firing their arrows and to kneel on the field of battle, the greatest of all the warriors was about to die.All was quiet as Cúchulainn staggered back towards a what appeared to be a treeHe prayed to the Gods and Goddesses for forgiveness for his misdeeds and offered up his death agony as atonement for his shame at using dark magic to defeat Ferdia, a worthier man.His vision blurring, he could see the arrayed soldiers of Connaught looking at him in mournful respectThen a raven appeared in the sky, its shrieks were the only sound to be heardThe raven landed on his shoulder, the fearsome bird smelled of the forest, of the earth and of female fertility.Cúchulainn felt wonderfully calm, all pain left his body, his head lowered, it felt surprisingly pleasant and then he died. He awoke then and stood up, all around him seemed to be frozen stillthe air in front appeared to ripple, he reached out and the firmament parted, he found himself in a resplendent forestHe heard a sound to his left.Ferdia walked towards himCúchulainn reached his hand towards FerdiaForgive me brother, he said without using wordsFerdia smiled and pointed over Cúchulainns shoulderCúchulainn turned to see the beautiful Síog walking towards him, somehow she is even more beautiful than he remembered, radiant in a viridian splendour, a creature of the forest, her long horns emerging from her flowing golden hair, she extends her hand towards Cúchulainn.Cúchulainn touches her, he is almost overwhelmed by the female power that flows from her .Cúchulainn loses himself in the smells of the forest, and the earth and female fertility.The Síog places a gentle hand behind Cúchulainns head and bids him to kneel in front of her, she guides the side of his head towards his her body.Cúchulainns ear rests on the Síogs stomach, then he hears it.The beating heart of his child in the Síogs womb.Cúchulainn lets the tears flow from his eyes.

The Narrator speaks in gaelic;

I felt my fathers touch even though I was still in the wombCúchulainns blood flows in my veins.I am a Síogs daughter as well.but my name and my story?.....Thats for another day..This is story of Táin Uladh, the Gospel of the living blood
