  • Great points but a health club is not required at all to gain all these benefits.

  • I hit the gym 6 to 7 days a week with intense cardio exercise, weights every other day. It works! Lost 28 pounds over a few years-slim and much higher energy. It has been proven in a zillion clinical studies. Obesity is now the #! Health Problem in America (Center For Disease Control). Too many benefits of exercise to write......... It rocks....

  • Health club? I can do all of the exercise required for good health in a space no more than 9 square feet with nothing more than a cinder block, a few bricks, resistance bands, and a floor.

  • I lost 20 KG in about 5-6 months :) The best year i've had :D
