besides , the 1.6/1.8 ts sound better than the 2.0

back in 2002 or 3 there was a test over many popular cars in a track spining for hours to see both performance and damage check , there were all the 147 leon golf a3 megane 318 etc etc , i ll tell u only this , the alfa had an exist over driving mistake and to avoid colizition and broked carter , they changed it got back and she was still infront of 318 , by end

@gloup81 maybe u are right, but 1.6 needs 0-100 more than 10 seconds and thus its not a intrestet car for me. my old car 2.0 alfa selespeed had the worst gear of the world but it was so elastic to drive...

what u mean with ur last sentence, u can own with a 105 hp car all of the german 1.8 cars?

@dj1nny its faster than any 1.6 of its class , how do u find it slow ? maybe u cant drive a manual gerabox and selected the failed selespeed ? 1.6 has the most torgue of any 1.6 of that era

alfa 1.6 mh.. its so slow i drive alfa 147 2.0 selespeed... its also slow

just stupid driving u didn't push the car to its max speed in each gearbox :S that's why he did pass u :(:(
