@reenata36 Mainly all wheat products and sugar. It's not as easy as you might think. Wheat and sugar are in just about everything because they are cheap. Look up pH diet online and there are lots of sites that list the foods to avoid.

All this is in the Bible. Healthy eating has always been the key to longevity. People used to live much longer than today. They diet consisted of whole grains, vegetables and plenty of fish. We today eat cheeseburgers, sodas and top it off with a brownie and ice cream. It's a miracle we live as long as we do.
