This was filmed on location at Broadway & 12th Street on November 8, 1906, with the 'indoor' scenes being filmed at the American Mutoscope & Biograph studio in the Bronx.
Synopsis:
A construction foreman fires a crew worker for fighting. The disgruntled worker steals from the contractor and frames the foreman in revenge.
