Next lesson in speaking Lakota. The lessons build together. Make sure to be talking during the video -- don't be thinking about meaning 'cause that's apparent in what you see. Then turn off the sound to talk with meaning. The meaning is present so don't be looking for the "English" word. The Lakota sounds and words are just fine on their own....
This is the second time I have watched these videos and I have to say, these videos make it really easy to learn. The best way to really get what is being taught here is to not think so hard and let the first meaning be the one that sticks in your head. not second guess yourself.. (does that make sense) and above all else, do not translate to english!!!

I love your lessons :D. Not sure I get it right but I'm guessing :-). I think it's actually the best way to learn a language.

I am a 20 year old boy from Romania. Since i was a kid i felt attract to the native american ways. I wish from the bottom of my hart to learn the language and the culture of these people. I want to ask the person who had made the lakota language lessons to teach us more. And not just collors...i want to be able to speak these language like a true indian. And i think it will be a great help to see the word in english and the translation right under. In these way i will be able to wright the words
