Everyone should know that Ashley's purpose is to give challenge to the game. But I don't find her really annoying, if she was then most probably I would have been also annoyed by Sherry and Manuela but that didn't really happen..

If you do the special Ada missions, then you can get a Mafia outfit for Leon and a suit of armor for Ashley. That way when she get gets annoying, you can shoot her with out her dying AND she doesn't get carried away by zombies

Actualy it's reasonable. She's paradoid, and for good reason. She's been kidnaped and her life is entrusted to one man she does'nt know, who, for all she knows, could betray the U.S., and they are upagainst things that would make a lot of people comit homicide-suicide insted of face. She is not stupid. She's a scared little girl trying to surive in a hostile invironment.
