  • Jodie Williams Has MAD SPEED

    Shettttttt

And Shes Done 11.39 This Season

    Its Too Much

  • she has got potential to be an olympic medalist i recon

  • iv seen this jodie williams run, she looks pretty good!! lets hope she can continue her success into the seniors, be nice to have A brit sprinter kickin ass, even better a girl!! aint really got many top class women sprinters

  • Well I used to train in London, Luton or Bedford with him. It depended on the seaons and my competitions so the intensity and methods were tailored to pre season, winter, summer, comp season etc. But it ranged from plyometrics, cardiovascular, body conditioning, speed endurance, hurdle drills,SAQ,Explosive speed, resistance. + we also did alot of nutrition and pyscological training etc. My event was 200m but 100m for core speed.

  • i know exactly what you mean, the same things happened to me before... :/ but that was when i did high jump so ive changed to sprinting now which is going a lot better. what sort of training did you used to do with him?

  • Because I lost the passion and love for it and if you are an athlete you will understand how important it is to have that. + the training was so intense and I didnt have strong enough will power towards the end. :( I miss it though.

  • why did you quit?

  • she is coached by Stanley Madiri my old coach before i quit, i used to train with her.

  • like 10 hourz..3 days a week not 100% sure shes got a sik coach tho.

  • how many hours a week does jodie williams train ?
