Damn Bailey didn't even get a onscreen death. What I don't get is why Omar let his boyfriend go down to the Greeks and play the pinball alone without no protection. He should have known that Barksdale people were on the hunt.

I always wondered how in the HELL Omar knew about Bubbles in this video. When almost the entire world of the streets was ignorant to him being an informant for five straight seasons. Then I had an idea. Michael's path in the later Seasons is supposed to reflect Omar's path to becoming a stick up man. What if Dukie's path was meant to shadow Bubbles? What if Bubbles and Omar used to be friends in grade school? Could be how he knew he was an informant.

Anyways, you're precisely the sort of vacuous cretin that the shows writers were (Perhaps in a futile way) trying to speak to. Their point was that your preconceived notions of homosexuality are incorrect, Omar was one of the toughest people in the show (Something you curiously neglect to mention) his being gay is irrelevant.
